WORCESTER - Ronald Young Jr. of Uxbridge, proprietor of Hubcaps On Wheels, sits in his "office" yesterday on Route 146 on the Worcester - Millbury line waiting for customers. In winter and spring, Young scours the pothole-ridden streets of New England in search of hubcaps. He says he has an inventory of 4,700 hubcaps. Young is on Route 146 every Thursday and sets up shop in Charlton, Attleboro, and South Attleboro on other days.
