5/27/05 - Had one 2005 Ford Escape chrome wheel skin drop shipped to Al's Truck Parts. Then received it back although customer didn't bother to contact me first. Complete refund of purchase price given although item was neither defective or incorrect. Then notified by my credit card processor that customer chargedback the non-refundable $7 shipping fee resulting in an additional $15 chargeback fee!
